About us

MAK Contracts is an established all trades construction company with an excellent reputation for providing an exceptionally high standard of workmanship and first-rate customer service.

MAK offers a full range of building services from inception to completion including all aspects of construction joinery overseen by our dedicated and experienced site supervisors. We also have our own in-house surveyors and fully qualified, experienced health & safety advisor. Our team is made up up over 150 staff and growing. 

Our services include meeting with the client and guiding them through each aspect of the build process, endeavouring to meet all their requirements whether it be a small alteration, home extension or a complete house conversion.

We carry out work on a range of private, social and commercial projects throughout Scotland for several valued clients including CCG/OSM, Ogilvie Homes, Deeside Timberframe, Taylor Wimpey, Persimmon Homes, Robertson, The JR Group and GS Brown Construction.

Our clients regularly return to us to carry out their projects due to our reputation for forging close working relationships, which in turn enables us to meet expectations and deliver a top rate service on time and to budget.

We understand the importance of our environmental responsibilities which remain at the forefront of everything we do – from planet to people.

We aim to source raw materials locally and ethically. We engage with local businesses where possible and work closely with our supply chain to reduce our carbon footprint.  

MAK contracts recruit throughout Scotland and recruit local tradesmen to each site to further reduce the impact on the environment.
